"Free kids party at Sambo's Tots Phnom Penh 14th birthday! Come join the fun! Featuring fantastic entertainment from the Sambo's Tots team with guitar playing and songs, face painting, Piñata, arts & crafts and lots of Halloween games and fun!"
The first 100 children under 6yrs old will receive a free cupcake. Also available will be snacks and a special birthday cake to share for their 14th birthday.
Come dressed in fancy dress or a Halloween costume.
