Have a picnic in the picturesque gardens, pose with your favorite landmarks, then hop on a Venetian gondola for a relaxing cruise on the manmade canals.

There plenty of photo ops here and a small playground for the children. A growing number of cafes and restaurants offer food and drinks, though there's nothing stopping you bringing your own picnic basket.

The best time to visit is during the early evening when the air is cooler and the landmark buildings are illuminated in colorful hues.
