Instead, most financial information is encrypted and handled by our third-party payment solutions providers, such as PayWay (ABA Bank). Our Site is intended for use by adults, in particular the parents of children living in Cambodia. We will not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. If CamboKidz.com is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and give affected users notice before any personally identifiable information is transferred to the successor entity or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Our Site has stringent security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Data Deletion Requests

You may at any time close your account and delete all its associated information by sending an email from the email address registered to your CamboKidz account to cambokidzapp@gmail.com. Please make sure to mention in the email subject line that this is a “Close My Account” request.

Upon receiving the request to close your account, we will delete your account and all its associated information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, comply with legal requirements, or take any other actions permitted by law.
